We believe that Garden Rooms will revolutionise the world of Scottish Home Improvements. We build a range of partially pre-fabricated Garden Rooms at our premises in Clarkston and then install them at your property in under a week.
These bright, fully insulated units do not need planning permission and cost significantly less than a traditional extension. With a Garden Room, you can still leave home to go to the office.
Landscaping and Driveways
With the addition of a Garden Cube or an Extension you might want to take the opportunity to landscape the rest of your garden. Or even provide a modern update to your existing Driveway. Whatever the need, we’re here to help.

Basement Conversions
We’re the experts and the go-to-company in the West of Scotland for basement conversions. We can create more height in a basement and then use underpinning to create a safe foundation for your basement - and the rest of your house. The results are stunning and can increase a property’s floor size by up to 50%. At the Netherlee property below, we underpinned the house, created a liveable basement and added a kitchen with bi-focal doors opening up onto a newly landscaped garden.
