Although we do provide a planning to completion service for those who may wish to rely on us for the complete project, we must stress, we do recommend that this is not ethical practice as your architect should remain independent from the builder so as to protect you from any conflicts of interest! This is good building practice and something that sadly seems to be negated in preference of commerce. Having said that we can offer this service if you do so wish.

The job itself was a lean-to-extension for a kitchen/ dining-room. The whole back end of the existing wall came away and steel I-beam installed to support the structure. A new kitchen was supplied and fitted; downstairs shower-room was installed.....

This project had the added difficulty of being right on the public footpath. This meant we had to demolish the existing structure, remove the debris and rebuild the retaining wall & steps while maintaining public right of way. We came across Gas infrastructure that needed to be moved to a new.....

This rear extension rear extension project had 2 large slap through openings cut-out of the rear existing wall. This allowed us to install a large kitchen dining and living area. Two steel goal post structures where installed to transfer the existing load onto new foundations.
